Sales Consultant – Furniture & Interior Projects

OIKOS Furniture Collections by Terzis is seeking a professional Sales Consultant with serious career orientation and long-term growth mindset in the field of furniture and interior projects.

This position is addressed to individuals who view sales as a career path — not as a transitional role.

The position is on-site, with physical presence in the store, on a 6-day work schedule, following retail store hours (split shift).

Role Overview

The selected candidate will:

• Manage retail and professional project clients in a structured and responsible way
• Analyze client needs, spatial data and technical requirements
• Understand dimensions, materials, costing and commercial terms
• Monitor projects from first contact through final delivery
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, accounting and operations departments

This role requires maturity, accountability and the ability to manage complex cases.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in sales (ideally in furniture, interior design, construction or technical products)
• Knowledge of, or genuine interest in, interior design and materials
• Strong analytical and mathematical thinking (costing, measurements, margins)
• Professionalism, discipline and structured mindset
• Willingness to invest time in mastering the field
• Very good command of Greek & English
• Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems
