From concept to final delivery, OIKOS oversees every stage of the process, serving both private clients and professionals.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, 6-day on-site position based in Chania.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the company’s daily operational flow, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, deliveries, sales, accounting, suppliers, and clients.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, active decision-making involvement, and direct client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of warehouse operations

• Organization and control of deliveries (immediate & scheduled)

• Monitoring order status, readiness, and delivery execution

• Inventory control and operational planning

• Daily collaboration with Sales and Accounting departments

• Client communication regarding logistics and timelines

• Route planning and scheduling

• Coordination with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely deliveries

• Identification of operational gaps and proposal of process improvements

• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and professional execution at every stage (control-oriented, not merely procedural)

Required Qualifications & Profile

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

• Confidence in handling demanding clients

• High sense of responsibility and ownership

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• ERP system experience (knowledge of SoftOne is considered a strong advantage)

• Experience in furniture, design, or related industries is an additional asset

• Excellent command of Greek and English

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
